Domestic Violence
The Domestic Violence Officer works closely with other agencies to assist individuals, children, and families in connecting with useful resources and supportive services in the Ashland area. By doing so, it is our hope to reduce the occurrence of domestic violence and to increase accessibility to the numerous family violence services available. Whether victim, suspect, child, adult male or female; family violence is a problem that affects everyone. However, it does not need to be a lifelong obstacle. With intervention, education, support, and accessibility to services, domestic violence could become a part of your past history rather than an ongoing struggle for you and your family.
