All samples must be collected in a sterile sampling bottle. Obtain this bottle in one of two ways.

  1. Purchase the bottles for $25.00 each at the Ashland County Health & Human Services Public Health Department at 630 Sanborn Ave Ashland
  2. Call and schedule an appointment for environmental health staff to come to the site and collect the water sample

All testing fees must be paid either with cash or check.
